MEET OUR CHEF
Peter O'Connell, our Executive Chef, is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America and trained under the world renown 'godfather of American cuisine,' Larry Forgione.
As a restaurateur, Peter created the concept for, owned and operated Pasta Fresca in Shrewsbury for over 20 years in addition to being Executive Chef for Dauphin Grille in Asbury Park, Whispers in Spring Lake and Woody's in Sea Bright.
At Victory Park Tavern, Peter uses seasonally-fresh ingredients to create dishes that delight.
